Donation Request Policy (Effective January 1, 2026)

At Frontiers of Flight Museum, we believe deeply in the power of community. As a nonprofit organization, we are proud to support fellow charities, schools, and civic groups whenever we are able, and we are honored to be included in fundraising efforts across North Texas.

Each year, we receive hundreds of requests for museum memberships and experiences to be donated to auctions, raffles, and special events. While we wish we could say yes to every request, the demand far exceeds what our nonprofit museum can sustainably provide.

To ensure our giving is both fair and mission-aligned, beginning January 1, 2026, we will fulfill donation requests under the following guidelines:

To be eligible to receive a donated museum membership or experience:

  • The individual making the request must be an active Frontiers of Flight Museum member, or
  • The organization being represented must hold an active corporate or group membership with the Museum.

This approach allows us to prioritize support for those who are also investing in the Museum and in aerospace education for our community. It creates a shared-support model where organizations that benefit from our mission also help sustain it.

We remain deeply grateful for the incredible nonprofit community we are part of, and we look forward to continuing to partner with organizations who believe, as we do, in inspiring the next generation through aviation, space, and STEM education.
